Delete your account
You can close your account and erase your data at any time.
Write to support@avantium.ai from the email address you sign in with, saying you want your account deleted.
We confirm the request within one working day and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your name, email, phone and company details.
- Your jobs, quotes, notes and lists.
- Any photos and signatures you saved.
- The locations you saved for installed equipment.
- Any customer data you had stored.
What is kept, and why
There is one exception: invoices already issued. Tax law requires them to be retained for a set period even after you close your account. They are kept separately, used for nothing else, and deleted once that period ends.
If you work for a company
If your account is part of a company team using Avantium, the jobs and hours belong to that company as its record of activity. In that case we delete your personal data and your access, and the rest remains with the account holder, whose decision it is.
Before you go
Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to keep your quotes and invoices, download them as PDFs from the app before requesting deletion.
